RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted with days of receiving the order. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment on regular-priced merchandise. ALL SEASONAL AND HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Return with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Returns must be received at one of our store locations or our shipping facility within 15 days from the day of receiving.
Sale items are final sale, no returns will be accepted. All jewelry, accessories, bags, sunglasses, household items, activewear, doorbusters, holiday pieces and bodysuits are final sale.
All returns must be approved; please notify us at this email BEFORE sending returns. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item needs to be returned please include a slip with your name, email, and order numbers, so that we can issue the refund accordingly. Please ship all returns to: 529 N. Elm Street, Denton TX 76201
Return Eligibility Requirements
ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

- Gift Cards
- Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
- Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will go back on to your gift card first.
